Rep 3/5
Hi, this is Sam from the property — what's up?
Hey, uh… the boiler's been cutting out again.
Right. How long's that been happening?
About a week. Mostly mornings.
Got it. I can send someone Thursday — does that work?

How it works

Built for the people who don't want to talk about it.

  1. 01

    Private 2-minute assessment

A short, private set of questions. No phone number until you decide to continue.

  2. 02

    Your social anxiety profile

We map your specific avoidances, severity, and triggers using clinically-validated scales (SPIN, LSAS-style).

  3. 03

    Build your personalised exposure ladder

A 12-week graduated exposure plan, sequenced from easiest to hardest. CBT-based, built specifically for SA.

  4. 04

Practise with the AI Exposure Gym

Roleplay real-world scenarios 24/7 — phone calls, dating, interviews, small talk, group conversations. Every session ends with a real-world challenge. The gym is the warm-up. Real life is the main set.

  5. 05

Access clinician-reviewed treatment options where appropriate

If treatment may be appropriate, an independent UK GMC-registered clinician reviews your assessment async. No appointments. No video calls. No waiting rooms.

What you get

Three pillars. One programme.

Not a chatbot. Not a pill in the post. A complete system for getting your social life back.

01

A 12-week guided programme. Built on CBT, exposure therapy, and the AI Exposure Gym.

The Quietly Method is your personal exposure ladder, week by week. Practise hard conversations with the AI Exposure Gym. Take them into real life with daily challenges. Track every win on your Confidence Score dashboard.

  • Personalised 12-week exposure ladder (CBT-based, built for social anxiety specifically)
  • AI Exposure Gym — practise scenarios 24/7 (small talk, dating, interviews, phone calls, awkward silences, rejection, group conversations)
  • Daily real-world challenges tracked in-app (every AI session ends with a real-world rep)
  • Confidence Score dashboard — SPIN/LSAS clinical score, exposures completed, weekly streaks
02

Clinician-reviewed prescription medication. Async. No GP. No calls.

If medication is the right fit for your treatment plan, a UK GMC-registered clinician will review your assessment and prescribe accordingly. Delivered discreetly in plain packaging.

  • Evidence-based options (Sertraline, Propranolol, Gabapentin where appropriate)
  • Reviewed by GMC-registered UK clinicians, async (clinician may contact only if more clinical info is needed)
  • Discreet plain packaging delivery
  • Adjust or pause your plan anytime
03

Anonymous men-only community. Direct founder support.

You're not alone in this. Talk to other men working the same programme, anonymously. Direct access to the founder for the first 500 members.

  • Anonymous men-only Discord community (no real names, no faces required)
  • Direct founder DM for the first 500 members
  • Weekly group challenges + accountability threads
  • Available 24/7

Why our approach works

Built on the strongest evidence base for social anxiety.

Internet-delivered cognitive therapy has been shown to match or exceed face-to-face therapy outcomes for social anxiety.

NHS Talking Therapies benchmarks recovery at around 50% and reliable improvement at around 67%. Implementations of internet-delivered cognitive therapy for social anxiety have reported up to 61% recovery and 81% reliable improvement.

Quietly is built on this evidence base — adapted for the men who never make the first call.

“Most people don't know what it costs you to leave the house. I do — I've done it. Quietly is what I wished existed when I was in it.”

Early members

Quiet wins, in their own words.

I've avoided going to the GP about this for six years. Doing it through Quietly took twenty minutes.

Mark, 31

First week I rehearsed a call with the AI three times before making it. It actually went fine.

Jamie, 28

Knowing other lads in the community had cancelled the same plans I had — that helped more than I expected.

Tom, 36

No video call, no surgery, no awkward GP. The whole thing arrived in a plain envelope. Done.

Adam, 41

28Day promise

28-day money-back guarantee.

Try Quietly privately for 28 days. Do your assessment, use the AI Exposure Gym, start your first exposure ladder. If it doesn't feel right, message us for a refund. No call required.

FAQ

The questions you'd ask quietly.

Yes. All medication is dispensed by UK-registered pharmacies and prescribed only by GMC-registered clinicians after a clinical review of your assessment. You'll receive the same medicines you would from a GP.
Independent prescribers registered with the General Medical Council (GMC) review every assessment. They're free to issue, adjust or decline a prescription based on what's clinically appropriate for you.
Not by default. The whole programme is async — written assessment, written clinician review, written follow-ups. Your clinician will only contact you if they need more clinical information to prescribe safely. No surprise phone calls, no video appointments.
You have 28 days to ask for a full refund — no call required. You can also pause or stop your plan at any time, and your clinician can adjust the approach.
Only if you tell them. We strongly recommend keeping your GP informed for joined-up care, but we never contact them without your explicit consent.
Quietly isn't therapy, and the AI Exposure Gym isn't AI therapy. It's a structured social anxiety programme built around CBT-based education, exposure practice, progress tracking, peer support, and clinician-reviewed treatment options where appropriate. No sessions, no waiting rooms, no awkward first calls.
You can do the full Quietly programme without medication. The AI Exposure Gym, Confidence Score tracking, and community are all available standalone. Medication is one of three pillars — completely optional based on your assessment and preference.
Tell us in the assessment. Your clinician will only continue if it's safe and appropriate, and will coordinate with what you're already taking.
It combines a validated clinical scale (SPIN/LSAS) with behavioural data: situations you avoided, exposures completed in real life, AI gym reps logged, and your current exposure ladder. It's not a vanity metric — it's there so you can see whether what you're doing is working, week on week.
Yes. Clinical data is stored under UK GDPR. The community is anonymous — no real names required. We never sell data.
Yes. One click in your account, no retention call, no questions.
